FAQ's

• I've placed an order - how long will it take?
  Orders normally take 10 days, sometimes a little longer. Stock is held in Europe, and because of the recent issues deliveries can sometimes be delayed. Once we receive your items, they will be printed and despatched immediately! 
   
• How can I check on my order?
  Simply log in to your account. You can see the progress of your existing orders and previous purchases - handy if you are looking to re-order. 
   
• I've made a mistake - how do I return an item?
  I'm afraid that items ordered on this shop cannot be returned as they have been customised just for you. Best thing is to ensure you check your size BEFORE ordering. 
   
• How is my order delivered?
  We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most of our orders. You will receive an email from us when your item(s) are despatched with a tracking number. You should also receive texts from Royal Mail giving you an accurate delivery date and time.
